The uP9650 is a Smart Power Stage (SPS) solution with fully optimized, integrateddriver and MOSFETs forhigh-current, high frequency, synchronous buck DC-DC converters. The SPS enables higherperformance at loweroutput voltages required by cutting edge CPU, GPU and DDR memory voltage regulatordesign.?

The uP9650 also enables advanced high accuracy module temperaturereporting and on-chip synchronous MOSFETcurrent monitoring. The protection includes cycle-by-cycle over current protection,phase fault detection, preliminaryover voltage protection, VCC/VDRV UVLO protection, and thermal shutdown.?

TheuP9650 is optimized for CPU and GPU core power delivery. This device combined witha multi-phase buck PWMcontroller forms a complete core voltage regulator for advanced CPU and GPU.
