描述 Description
The uP9628Q is a high performance synchronous buck converter specifically designedto work with 2.7V~22V input voltage and deliver high quality output voltage for microprocessorand chipset supplies.The uP9628Q provides flexible selection of output LC filter and excellent transientresponse to load and line regulation.The uP9628Q has complete functions including under voltage protection, over voltageprotection, current limit protection, soft-start, power good indication and over temperatureprotection. This part is available in WQFN4X4-23L package.
