The uP1641P is a 2/1-phase synchronous-rectified buckcontroller specifically designed to work with 10.8V ~ 13.2Vinput voltage and deliver high quality output voltage for highperformancegraphic processor power.

The uP1641P adopts proprietary RCOTTM technology,providing flexible selection of output LC filter and excellenttransient response to load and line change.

The uP1641P supports NVIDIA Open Voltage Regulator-2with PWMVID feature. The PWMVID input is buffered andfiltered to generate accurate reference voltage, and theoutput voltage is precisely regulated to the reference input.The uP1641P integrates two bootstrapped MOSFET gatedrivers achieving optimal balance between cost andflexibility. The uP1641P uses MOSFET RDS(ON) currentsensing for channel current balance.

Other features include accurate and reliable short-circuitprotection, adjustable on-time setting, power saving controlinput, and a delayed power good output. This part isavailable in VQFN4x4-24L package.
