The QZ405P001K6 is a high performance transient voltage suppressor arrayto protect high speed lines from ESD, EFT and lightning.

This TVS array features low capacitance and low ESD clamping voltage make thisdevice an ideal solution for protecting sensitive components which are connected tohigh speed data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD, CDE(Cable DischargeEvent) and EFT(electrical fast transient).

The combination of small size, low capacitance and high level of ESD protectionmake them a flexible solution for applications such as Notebook computers, USB 2.0power line and data line protection.
