The QZ403UD50NH is a high-performance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS)array designed to protect four 3.3V high speed data lines from Electrostatic Discharge(ESD), Cable Discharge Event (CDE) and Electrical Fast Transient (EFT).

The features Ultra-low capacitance and a low ESD clamping voltage make this TVSarray an ideal solution for protecting sensitive circuitry connected to high speeddata and transmission lines.

The small package size enables easy PCB layout and facilitates matched trace lengthsnecessary to maintain consistent impedance between high speed differential lines suchas USB 3.0/3.1 and eSATA interfaces.
