The uP7567 is a small size, ultra-low RDS(ON), load switchwith enable control, adjustable soft start, current limit andcurrent monitoring. The uP7567 contains one internal 12mΩRDS(ON) N-channel MOSFET which supports a continuouscurrent up to 7A.The switch on/off is controlled by EN pin. In uP7567, a100Ω discharge MOSFET is built in for quick outputdischarge when switch is turned off. Additionally, the devicefeatures adjustable soft start function, adjustable currentlimit and over temperature protection. The uP7567 isavailable in UQFN2x3-17L package.
