This U74AUP1G74 ensures a very low static- anddynamic-power consumption across the entire VCC range of0.8 V to 3.6 V.This device is fully specified for partial power-down usingIoff. The Ioff circuitry disables the output, preventing thedamaging backflow current through the device when it ispowered down.
