The SW417 is a broadband single-pole triple-throw (SP3T) antenna switch fabricated with GaAs PHEMT process. Due to its excellent performance in insertion loss, isolation and linearity along with the small form factor and super low cost, the device is ideally suited for all WLAN and Bluetooth applications in both 2.4-2.5 GHz and 4.9-5.9 GHz frequency bands.

The SW417 is provided in a miniature 1.5x1.5 mm, 8 pin DFN (Dual Flat No-lead) package.
