? Provides a standard 5 signal P1149.1 JTAG test port for boundary scan board test purposes.

? Low power 1.8V CMOS device with 3.3V TTL compatible digital inputs (5V TTL compatible microprocessor inputs) and 3.3V CMOS/TTL compatible digital outputs within a 352 pin 27mm by 27mm UBGA package.
