OP193/OP293均為單電源運(yùn)算放大器，具有高精度、低電源電流特性與低電壓工作能力。為使單電源系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)高性能，其輸入和輸出范圍需包括地電壓，而且輸出擺幅在負(fù)供電軌至正電源的600 mV范圍內(nèi)。至于低電壓工作，OP193/OP293可以采用低至+1.7 V或±0.85 V的電源供電。\n\n OP193/OP293的高精度與低功耗特性組合，使之適合電池供電設(shè)備使用。這些器件耗用的電流很低，可以在低電壓下工作，所以在其它放大器因電池耗竭或裕量不足停止工作之后，這些放大器仍能繼續(xù)工作。\n\n OP193/OP293的額定電源電壓為+2 V（單電源）至±15 V（雙電源），工; ? 工作電壓范圍：+1.7 V至±18 V \n\n? 低電源電流：每個(gè)放大器15 μA\n\n? 低失調(diào)電壓：100 μV（最大值）\n\n? 輸出吸電流和源電流：±8 mA\n\n? 無反相\n\n? 單電源或雙電源供電\n\n? 高開環(huán)增益：600 V/mV\n\n? 單位增益穩(wěn)定;
