描述 Description
The UTC MC3063 Series is a higher frequency DC-DCconverters. These devices consist of an internal temperaturecompensated reference, comparator, a controlled duty cycleoscillator with an active current limit circuit, a driver and a highcurrent output switch. This series was specifically designed to beincorporated in Step-Down, Step-Up and Voltage-Invertingapplications with a minimum number of external components.
