MC14514B屬于集成電路（IC）的信號(hào)開關(guān)多路復(fù)用器解碼器。由安森美半導(dǎo)體公司制造生產(chǎn)的MC14514B信號(hào)開關(guān)，多路復(fù)用器，解碼器邏輯型信號(hào)開關(guān)、多路復(fù)用器和編碼器 IC 可用于對(duì)以數(shù)字格式表示數(shù)據(jù)的電信號(hào)進(jìn)行路由和選擇。這些器件與設(shè)計(jì)用于模擬信號(hào)的類似產(chǎn)品有所不同，它們保留的信息表示為兩個(gè)電狀態(tài)之一，而不是兩個(gè)外部界限內(nèi)的無(wú)窮變化量。
The MC14514B and MC14515B are two output options of a 4 to 16 line decoder with latched inputs. The MC14514B (output active high option) presents a logical “1” at the selected output, whereas the MC14515B (output active low option) presents a logical “0” at the selected output. The latches are R?S type flip?flops which hold the last input data presented prior to the strobe transition from “1” to “0”.
These high and low options of a 4?bit latch / 4 to 16 line decoder are constructed with N?channel and P?channel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure. The latches are R?S type flip?flops and data is admitted upon a signal incident at the strobe input, decoded, and presented at the output.
These complementary circuits find primary use in decoding applications where low power dissipation and/or high noise immunity is desired.
