MAX14808/MAX14809八通道3級電平/四通道5級電平高壓(HV)脈沖發(fā)生器,利用低壓控制邏輯輸入產(chǎn)生高頻、高壓雙極性脈沖(高達(dá)±105V),用于驅(qū)動超聲系統(tǒng)的壓電傳感器。所有八個通道均具有嵌入式過壓保護(hù)二極管和集成有源歸零箝位電路。兩款器件內(nèi)置獨(dú)立(浮地)電源(FPS)和電平轉(zhuǎn)換器,用于實現(xiàn)信號轉(zhuǎn)換,無需外部高壓電容。MAX14808有八個集成的發(fā)送/接收(T/R)開關(guān),MAX14809不帶T/R開關(guān)。器件具有兩種工作模式:八通道三級電平脈沖發(fā)生器(集成有源歸零箝位)或四通道五級電平脈沖發(fā)生器。作為八通道三級電平脈沖發(fā)生器時,每個通道由兩路邏輯輸入(DINN_/DINP_)控制,有源歸零箝位的電流為脈沖發(fā)生器的電流的一半,1A (典型值);作為四通道五級電平脈沖發(fā)生器時,每個通道由三路邏輯輸入控制,有源歸零的電流與脈沖發(fā)生器電流相同,2A (典型值)。器件可工作在鎖定或透明模式。鎖定模式下,數(shù)據(jù)輸入可與穩(wěn)定的差分或單端時鐘同步,以降低與FPGA輸出信號相關(guān)的相位噪聲,有助于多普勒分析;透明模式下,禁止同步功能,經(jīng)過18ns延時后輸出與輸入對應(yīng)的信號。兩款器件均具有可調(diào)節(jié)最大電流(0.5A至2A),不需要滿幅電流時可降低功耗。器件具有集成的高壓毛刺箝位二極管(低寄生電容),用于接收(Rx)和發(fā)送(Tx)隔離。兩款器件均具有阻尼電路,可在突發(fā)發(fā)送結(jié)束后立即激活。阻尼電路的典型導(dǎo)通電阻為500ΩΩ,對高壓毛刺箝位二極管之前的脈沖發(fā)生器輸出內(nèi)部節(jié)點完全放電。器件采用68引腳(10mm x 10mm) TQFN封裝,帶裸焊盤,工作在-40°CC至+85°CC擴(kuò)展級溫度范圍。\n\n \n\n
