SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE兼容型串行接口\n\n? 軟件可配置的單極性或雙極性輸入\n\n? 總不可調(diào)整誤差\n? ±1 LSB(最大值)\n\n? ±0.3 LSB(典型值); MAX1110/MAX1111低功耗、8位、8通道模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器(ADC)具有內(nèi)部采樣/保持功能、基準電壓源、時鐘和串行接口。它們采用2.7V至5.5V單電源供電,在以高達50ksps的速率采樣時電流消耗僅為85μA。MAX1110的8個模擬輸入和MAX1111的4個模擬輸入可通過軟件配置,支持單極性/雙極性和單端/差分工作模式。\n\n 使用內(nèi)部時鐘或外部串行接口時鐘可執(zhí)行逐次逼近轉(zhuǎn)換。滿量程模擬輸入范圍由2.048V內(nèi)部基準電壓或外部施加的1V至VDD基準電壓決定。4線串行接口與SPI?、QSPI?和MICROWIRE?串行接口標準兼容。串行選通輸出為中斷驅(qū)動的處理器提供轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)束信號。\n\n MAX1110/MAX1111具有軟件可編程的2μA自動關(guān)斷模式,可充分降低功耗。使用關(guān)斷模式時,電源電流在1ksps速率下降至6μA,在10ksps速率下僅為52μA。還可以使用低電平有效SHDN輸入引腳來控制關(guān)斷。訪問串行接口即可自動使器件上電。\n\n MAX1110采用20引腳SSOP封裝。MAX1111采用小型16引腳QSOP封裝。\n\n ?\n\n | ADIAnalog Devices 亞德諾亞德諾半導體技術(shù)有限公司 | ADI | |
