The LM202402-Q-x-301 is a surface mount, 2-stage silicon PIN diode limiter which can operate over the frequency range of 2 to 4 GHz. It is manufactured using a proven hybrid manufacturing process incorporating PIN diodes, Schottky diodes and passive devices integrated onto a ceramic substrate.
