LB1816 is a three-phase brushless motor driver IC with built-in speed control circuit, ideal for optical disc spindle motor (5.25 inches, 3.5 inches dual use).

? Three-phase full-wave current linear drive.
? Output soft switching. Digital PLL speed control.
? Phase lock detection output.
? Built-in FG amplifier and integral amplifier.
? Reverse rotation torque brake (with power on reset function).
? Crystal oscillation circuit. ? Clock division switching (internal clock 3 mode setting + external clock input).
? Current limiting circuit.
? Low voltage protection circuit (LVSD). Internal regulator output (6.3 V).
? Overheat protection circuit (TSD). Built-in spark killer diode.
? Hall amplifier section Built-in AGC circuit.
