描述 Description
The high-frequency fundamental GXO-5300L 3.3V oscillator is a high-precision component featuring frequency stabilities as tight as ±2.5ppm at high frequencies of up to 160MHz. This oscillator also features extended temperature range options of -40 to +125°C.
The GXO-5300L has ultra-miniature 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.05mm ceramic package with metal lid and gold plated pads for increased solderability and longevity.
This oscillator has enable/disable tristate functionality as standard and is available in low and medium quantities on short lead times, in addition to large volumes for large scale commercial projects.?
