描述 Description
GN25L54 is a high sensitivity 2.5Gbps transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with automatic gain control (AGC) manufactured in a low cost pure complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) process. The AGC enables high dynamic range, resulting in a high performance TIA suitable for fiber optic applications such as gigabit passive optical network (GPON), common public radio interface (CPRI) and OC-48?SONET.
Designed for use with PIN photodiodes and featuring photodiode monitor and monitor invert functions, the GN25L54 can be used to replace an avalanche photodiodes (APD) receiver in GPON optical networking unit (ONU) transceivers reducing design time, material costs and saving printed circuit board (PCB) real estate. The GN25L54 forms a low-cost chipset with the GN25L95 GPON?transceiver.?
