FPF2283CisasuperOVPwithultralowon?resistancesingle channel switch controlled by external logic pin or I2C interface. The device contains an N?MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 2.8V to 28V and can support a maximum continuous current of 10A. Whentheinputvoltageexceedstheover?voltagethreshold,the internalFETisturnedoffimmediatelytopreventdamagetothe protecteddownstreamcomponents.Whenindetectionmode,the internal current source and ADC can be used to calculate the resistance on VIN for moisture detection. FPF2283CUCX is available in a small 20 bumps WLCSP package and operate over the free?air temperature range of ?40°C to +85°C.
