I. Overview
FD650 is a special circuit for LED drive control with keyboard scanning circuit interface. Integrated with MCU input Output control circuits such as digital interface, data latch, LED drive, keyboard scanning, and brightness adjustment.

? Built-in power-on reset circuit
? Support 3V-5.5V power supply voltage
? Available in DIP16 (FD650K) and SOP16 (FD650S) packages
