The AP7363 is a 1.5A adjustable-output voltage linear regulator with ultra-low dropout. The device includes pass element, error amplifier, band-gap, current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry.

? Current Limit and Thermal Shutdown Protection
? Ambient Temperature Range: -40°C to +85°C
