The AOCQP40-001-AR is an active optical cable designed for use in 40Gigabit Ethernet links. They are electrically compliant

and mechanically compliant with the QSFP+ MSA. The AOCQP40-001-AR allows for greater link length than direct attach

cables, with a lower total power consumption than transceiver solutions.
