A4954屬于集成電路（IC）的電機驅動器控制器。由Allegro MicroSystems制造生產的A4954電機驅動器，控制器產品屬于電機驅動器和控制器電源管理集成電路 (PMIC) 系列，可用于控制或操作從某電源施加到電機或相關機電執(zhí)行器的電源。所實現的具體功能和特性集根據預期負載和預期應用的特性有很大差異，范圍從用于有刷電機的簡單開環(huán)速度控制到基于步進電機的高級閉環(huán)運動控制。
描述 Description
Designed for pulse width modulated (PWM) control of two DC motors, the A4954 is capable of peak output currents to ±2 A and operating voltages to 40 V.
Input terminals are provided for use in controlling the speed and direction of a DC motor with externally applied PWM control signals. Internal synchronous rectification control circuitry is provided to lower power dissipation during PWM operation.
Internal circuit protection includes overcurrent protection, motor lead short to ground or supply, thermal shutdown with hysteresis, undervoltage monitoring of VBB, and crossover current protection.
The A4954 is provided in a low-profile 16-pin TSSOP package with exposed thermal pad (suffix LP) that is lead (Pb) free, with 100 matte tin leadframe plating.
